The Orientation session for the Launch of the Legal Clinic Pilot Phase

On December 14, 2025, the pilot phase of the Legal Clinic was launched – to enhance access to justice – under the generous sponsorship of the Ministry of Justice and implemented by PASS – Peace for Sustainable Communities in partnership with the Yemen Support Facility (YSF).  An introductory meeting was held with the presence of distinguished guests representing government entities, international and local organizations, activists, human rights defenders, and those interested in women’s issues.

  Mrs. Bahia Al-Saqqaf, Chairwoman of PASS – Peace for Sustainable Societies, and Mrs. Ghada Al-Attar, Director of the Yemen Support Facility (YSF), followed by His Excellency Professor Dr. Saad Mohammed Saad, Deputy Minister of Justice, delivered welcoming remarks to the esteemed attendees.  The meeting showcased the key services of the Legal Clinic, its phases, and target groups. A short video was presented highlighting the stages the clinic’s premises went through, including renovation and coordination, as well as notable scenes from the trainings and meetings undertaken by the Legal Clinic’s team.  

At the end, attendees responded to evaluation questions to ensure the concept of the Legal Clinic was clearly conveyed to all, along with taking commemorative photos.
