Rawan Ehab

Rawan Ehab is a dedicated Human Resources Officer holding a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Translation from the University of Aden, in addition to an English Language Diploma and ICDL certification. Since 2024, she has been actively working in the field of Human Resources, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. She has contributed to improving workplace environments and enhancing administrative efficiency through well-structured and effective HR practices. Rawan began her career as a Secretary, later gaining valuable experience as an intern at AMIDEAST, and currently serves as a Human Resources Officer at PASS Foundation – Peace for Sustainable Societies. She is committed to fostering a positive work environment and strengthening team cohesion through effective human resource management.
